Visitor Badge week

This week I produced a number of visitor cards for a Cardiff training business. The company has a lot of different individuals on their premises at any one time, so they required a visitor badge produced plus a coloured card holder. They have their own design printed lanyards.

This particular badge mirrored their ID cards. With their logo and background design remaining the same as their ID cards, in place of the photo and individual details they had the text visitor in a large type font,   easily visible across an open plan office.  By issuing their staff with ID cards and providing visitors to the premises with passes, all helps to maintain the integrity of their security by ensuring that visitors are readily distinguishable from regular members of staff.Bowls_card

All companies should surely strive to ensure that all individuals who enter their premises within working hours are accountable to reception staff.  All individuals without ID or visitor badges are then open to question.  Accountability provides peace of mind all around.

I wonder what will be required next week, membership cards maybe. We shall have to wait and see.
